Booker T. Washington is gonna win a 3CAKL Championship. The question is when?!! This squad has tethered and toed the line of greatness over the past few seasons, but has always found a way to lose when it matters the most. They have a pretty good mix of veteran leadership, as well as athletic ladies that's not afraid to go toe to toe with the fellas of our league. However...the big game has eluded the War Eagles, so that will be their focus going into the 2016 season....and that's the bottom line!

We decided to be a little messy and interview the Game of the Week teams. I drove thru Hiram Clarke and couldn't find any Marlins. Even stopped at Desiree's and had me a lil drink. I was however able to catch up with Jones and see if I could stir the pot some...Here is what the Falcons had to say..

Several Hours Later I was able to catch up with Kendall. And this is what he had to say..
KENDALL REESE: Being the 1st week of the season, this will be pivotal to the new players on the team due to the fact that they don't know what to expect. Playing a seasoned team like Jones will be a true test. This will give us an early barometer of where we are with the new additions. Jones is like the New England Patriots. They're aging but the plug and play so well. Their Coaching is their strength. Not sure they have a weakness because I haven't seen their roster but I'm sure if they have one they will mask it well. Good team.
If we don't play together as a team the biggest effect that playing Jones the last game will be more mental than physical. Mentally you have to stay focused. Adrenaline due to it being the 1st week of the season should help us.

Chuck D Chapman: I have Madison winning by 2 pts.. Jones will start arguing amongst each other, and lose track of the game and let one slip by early in the season
Janinne Courville This is a tough one to call. Both teams gained momentum towards the end of the season but that TORible G-Ball team was too destructive last season and NOBODY stood a chance!!! Do y'all know G-Ball gave out THREE ASS WHOOPINS ( I mean RUN RULES) in the playoffs last season?!?! That's unheard of and I don't think that will ever happen again!!! Oh...anyway, enough about my Tors...I pick Madison over Jones in this matchup ONLY because there's a chance that the lights may not come on and Jones will come in and make their grand field appearance and "lose sight" of the game. Lol
Nathaniel R. Jackson Madison strength is their defense. Jones is always known for their D. And with Big Country back in the outfield, I can't see Madison getting more than a couple of runs. Jones should scratch across more than that, provided D. Will sparks things.

Michael White So lets talk about this game. Yates has been talking about smiting people and destroying heathen nations and whatnot...La Marque is talking similar talk....I predict a Yates win, but it will be close.
Brian McQuarn I'm gonna take Yates 5-3. LaMarque is gonna be much improved this season with their mix of eligible and ineligibles. Yates is usually a quick starting team, so they'll get the dub.
Janinne Courville I can't say a score but, I believe Yates will be the more dominant cat in this matchup. As long as the Lions keep their battle on the field, they'll come out with the KICKBALL win. Now, on the other hand, LaMarque is capable of a brawl win on the sideline because Yates was about to get them paws put on 'em last season at Law 1! 😂
