3CAKLPR:  The 2016 Raiders look to be missing a few familiar faces. How does your team plan to adjust?

Brian: Yep we lost a couple of great players over the past few months, but we have a veteran crew that's been in a few battles, so the adjustment won't be a big hassle. We'll be fine.

3CAKLPR: Are the rumors true? Will Brian 3:16 be coming out of retirement and onto the field this year?

Brian: LMAO....@bthree16 stays ready, so if Coach B or Coach Ron call his number, he'll be ready.

3CAKLPR: Sterling is a regular in the playoffs lately. Who in your division will be major threats?

Brian: Everyone! Our division is loaded with big time squads and very good athletes, so this is gonna be one hell of a challenge to return to the playoffs for a sixth time.

3CAKLPR: How do you think the new kicking rules will affect pitching strategy this season?

Brian: Not much. I believe it'll affect the defensive strategy of the infielders if anything.

3CAKLPR: What advice would you give some of the new schools trying to get established?

Brian: PRACTICE and learn the rule book...and also stay busy in the offseason. Go compete in a few tournaments and develop some chemistry. That goes a long way towards a ring in this league.

3CAKLPR: What will you miss the most about not being able to play Northside or Lamar this season?

Brian: The people. Both squads had not only good players on the field, but great people off the field as well. Hopefully we'll see a few of them this summer.

3CAKLPR: Your opponents this week will be Eisenhower and Madison. Any thoughts on those games?

Brian: Whew....two great teams back to back. It's not gonna be easy but we'll be ready. We've won a bunch of games since we came into the league, and a part of that goes with being fearless...which we've always been regardless of new circumstances, so the Raiders will be ready and waiting!
