3CAKLPR: Nate, which teams are you looking forward to beating the most this season?
NATE: Without a doubt, WorthNOTHING an Jack Flaked.
3CAKLPR: Booker T made it to the semi-finals last year. What will it take to finally reach the Title game?
NATE: Consistency. We have had championship talent the last two years. We just need to put it all together for 50-55 minutes and play to our capabilities and uplift eachother when mistakes happen. We do that, we'll win the whole thing.
3CAKLPR: Do you think the new minimum age requirement of 25 will impact the season?
NATE: Yes. In a positive way. Its needed. So many players are getting older and "retiring". Look at me. Today I turn 46, and this is my second year not playing. Alot of the founding players are doing the same. We need that influx of new blood to keep this league afloat
3CAKLPR: Nate, we know you are a student of the game...who will be the teams to watch this year??
NATE: The usual suspects. Can anybody beat Ball when it counts? Westbury and Jones should be there to have a say. We'll definitely be in the mix again this year. I think Ike is on the cusp of a come up. To compete in this league you gotta bring in younger athleticism. Ike is understanding that. Westbury saw the benefit of that. Booker T also, once I stepped aside and we got younger and faster, we also became better. You know I'll quietly be out there scouting teams these first couple of weeks scoping out the new players. But Ball is the exception to the rule. Same cast. And Tim being allowed to throw fast bowling balls. LOL
3CAKLPR: This wouldn't be a Nate interview without a ladies question. Who has the baddest females ? LOL
NATE: Damn. That's a loaded question. When we first came out here years ago Worthing and Willowridge had it. Hands down. Janzell.Chrissie. Keisha. Rho.Snap. Ebony. Cathy W. Cathy Pratt. etc.etc. And Riva puts Bell-Error (Bellaire) on TOP by her damn self. She broke the mold! But now, Booker T has the top collection of eye candy. And Im not being partial. Their all my little sisters and I defend their honor just like my sisters. But yep, the BTW ladies have it going on!
